Most first-time people leaders get a title, a team, and no structured first 90 days. The 90-Day Leadership Field Manual is a day-by-day guide that gives them one — and gives their manager a short, specific way to back them up.
The book is the center of the Field Ready Program, a four-part 90-day system: the book itself, a digital Field Notebook, a live Launch Lab, and the Busy Boss' Guide — a short playbook for the new leader's own manager. Publishing September 29, 2026.

"The 90-Day Leadership Field Manual is what I hoped I had as we first deployed EOS in our company. It took us a lot longer than 90 days to build a rhythm. The book is a good handbook to have for all leaders, especially those that just stepped into leadership — or any leader implementing new systems like EOS."
"The issue of helping managers with the practical side of rolling out practical tools into the business has long existed, and I feel this book truly addresses it head on. It is a simple, practical and super helpful way of helping managers be better managers. As a natural Visionary, I would have found this incredibly helpful myself as a manager in the earlier years of my career."
"Nervous about managing for the first time? Build the confidence that took me 35 years to develop as a leader. I'm two months into leading a new team of five, and this content has already reinforced what I know while teaching me plenty of new ideas."
Most organizations do something for new managers — a workshop, a reading list, a mentor pairing. Then the new leader goes back to their desk on Monday with a team, a full calendar, and no idea what to do first.
Two things go wrong from there, and they are the same two things every time.
The new leader has no sequence. They know the principles. They don't know what to do on Tuesday. So they default to doing their old job well and their new job badly, and by week six they have avoided three conversations they should have had in week one.
Their manager doesn't know how to help. Your senior leaders are not withholding support. They genuinely do not know what a new manager needs from them, or when, and they are not going to invent a structure on top of everything else they are carrying.
The Field Ready Program closes both. The book gives the new leader a day-by-day sequence. The Busy Boss' Guide gives their manager a specific, bounded way to support them: three and a half hours across the whole quarter, and exactly when to spend it.
The Book
The 90-Day Leadership Field Manual — a day-by-day guide through a new leader's first 90 days. Universal by design: it works for a first-time supervisor on a production floor and a first-time director in a professional services firm.

The manager's playbook — the Busy Boss' Guide and Cheat Sheet

The Launch Lab
A live, guided working session on September 29. Everyone works in their own Field Notebook at the same time — each leader maps their own first 30 days onto their actual calendar, builds their own reset week day by day, and drafts the conversation they have been putting off, with facilitation...

Private Launch Lab. From 50+ copies, your Launch Lab is private and scheduled on your own calendar rather than the shared September 29 session — led by a Certified Field Ready Program Facilitator. From 100+ copies, it is led by the author, Haraya Del Rosario Gust, herself. (Private Lab delivery is scheduled from Q1 2027.)
About the Field Ready Briefing. Every copy already includes the Busy Boss' Guide — the written playbook your new leaders' managers work from. The Field Ready Briefing is the live version of that playbook: a working session for the people your new leaders report to — not for the new leaders themselves — where we walk your senior leaders through how to run someone's 90 days and how to use the Guide, together, in one sitting. It's included from 10+ copies; at 50+ it folds into your private Launch Lab.
Field Notebook access. One activation per copy — [confirm term: yours to keep / valid for X months]. Print-at-home or on-screen; no seat license to administer.
Sponsored certification seat (200+). At 200+ copies, your organization sponsors one seat in the Field Ready Program facilitator certification — a Business License, one per organization, with additional seats negotiated case by case. The seat is sponsored; the credential is earned (your nominee applies and is scored on the same rubric as every candidate). Certification opens Q1 2027.
Tell us roughly how many leaders you're equipping and when you need them, and we'll shape the order — and the extras — around it.
That's your seat. Two things are coming: your Launch Lab confirmation with the Zoom link, and your worksheets a few days before the 22nd. Nothing else to do until then.
If you haven't picked up the Reset Conversation yet, it's here — one page, ten minutes, worth doing tonight.

AFTER September 29
A single live session is a good start and it is not a program. What carries it forward is that the structure keeps running after the room clears.
The book runs on its own schedule. Every new leader you onboard next quarter, and the quarter after, gets the same 90-day sequence. You are not buying an event — you are buying a structure that resets for every new leader you hand a team, quarter after quarter.
Facilitator certification opens in Q1 2027. For organizations that want to run the Field Ready Program internally on their own cadence, we certify facilitators — most often HR and L&D professionals already responsible for manager development. Certified Field Ready Program Facilitators can deliver the Program in-house, as often as they need to, without us.

Your next cohort of first-time leaders is already promoted, or will be within the quarter. They will figure out their first 90 days either way. The only question is whether they do it from a structure or from guesswork.
